Which authority applies to my product?

Share the product, model, intended use, specifications and available test reports. We assess relevant TISI, NBTC, TFDA and other requirements. Multifunction products may need more than one regulatory review.

Do you support importers and distributors already operating in Thailand?

Yes. We support new product certification, Thai FDA filings, technical and label reviews, and license renewal or change assessments. We coordinate overseas manufacturers and local requirements, using your existing Thai entity where appropriate. License holding and IOR are assessed only when your operating structure needs them.

Can we register and import without our own Thai entity?

License holding and IOR may be available depending on the product and our licensing scope. We assess the local holder, import eligibility and supply structure first.

Can license holding support multiple distributors?

We design the holder and import structure around multiple partners. The use of an existing registration and additional partner requirements depend on product and license conditions. Brand and distribution rights are reflected in the agreement.
